LWV-CC will host a free public forum on Saturday, May 16, 1-5, at Schimelpfenig Library, 5024 Custer Road in Plano. Representatives from the North Texas Food Bank and other organizations will discuss the challenges faced in addressing hunger and how they address those challenges. Following a short break, the annual meeting will begin around 3. During the annual meeting, members will elect officers and directors, adopt a budget, and adopt a program of activities for the next LWV-CC year. All are welcome.
